We want you to love your Elovia Labs Hair Restore Comb. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
- Item must be in reasonable condition with original components (comb, cable, accessories).
- Proof of purchase required.
- Bundle returns: you may return the full bundle or individual units per our support team's guidance.
How to start a return
- Email support@elovialabs.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Non-returnable
Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear beyond 90 days are not eligible.
